A legal disclaimer
Effective date: July 19, 2026**
Please read this disclaimer carefully LivestockDoc™ (“LSD™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides livestock health information, recordkeeping tools, calculators, triage support, and other decision-support resources. LSD™ is intended to help livestock owners recognize concerns, organize information, and communicate more effectively with veterinarians. LSD™ does not replace a licensed veterinarian, an in-person examination, diagnostic testing, or professional veterinary judgment.
1. Not veterinary advice or a diagnosis Content and results provided through the LSD™ website, application, calculators, symptom tools, treatment-plan resources, automated features, and communications are provided for general informational and decision-support purposes. They are not a confirmed diagnosis, prescription, individualized treatment order, or guarantee that a particular course of action is appropriate for an individual animal or herd. Symptoms that appear similar can have different causes and may require physical examination, laboratory testing, imaging, necropsy, or other veterinary evaluation. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay contacting a veterinarian because of information provided by LSD™. Veterinary review of general LSD™ content does not mean that a reviewing veterinarian has examined, diagnosed, treated, or accepted responsibility for a particular animal.
2. No veterinarian-client-patient relationship Using LSD™, entering animal information, uploading photographs or records, receiving automated guidance, or reviewing veterinarian-reviewed content does not, by itself, establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship (“VCPR”). LSD™ does not practice veterinary medicine and does not independently prescribe or dispense medication. If a licensed veterinarian communicates with a user through an LSD™ veterinary portal or another connected service, any VCPR is solely between that veterinarian and the client and must be established and maintained in accordance with applicable law and professional standards. Availability of a veterinarian through LSD™ does not guarantee that a lawful VCPR has been established or that the veterinarian can diagnose, prescribe, or treat remotely.
3. Emergencies LSD™ is not an emergency veterinary service and does not continuously monitor animals, accounts, messages, or submitted information. If an animal may be experiencing an emergency—including severe breathing difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding, collapse, inability to stand, active seizures, suspected poisoning, severe bloat, major trauma, rapidly worsening illness, or a difficult birth—contact a licensed veterinarian or veterinary emergency service immediately. Do not wait for an LSD™ response or delay emergency care while using the platform. If a veterinarian is unavailable, contact the nearest veterinary emergency resource, agricultural extension service, animal poison resource, or appropriate local authority. Users remain responsible for obtaining timely care and protecting animal welfare.
4. Medication and dosage information Medication references, dosage ranges, calculators, treatment-plan content, and withdrawal-time information provided by LSD™ are decision-support tools only. They do not constitute a prescription or authorization to administer a drug. Before administering any medication, the user must verify with a licensed veterinarian and the current product label, as applicable: - The correct animal and species; - The animal’s current and accurate weight; - The diagnosis or clinical reason for treatment; - The drug name, formulation, and concentration; - The dose, route, frequency, and duration; - Contraindications, precautions, interactions, and adverse effects; - Storage and handling requirements; and - All applicable meat, milk, egg, or other food-product withdrawal, withholding, and discard times. A calculation is only as accurate as the information entered. A wrong weight, concentration, unit, route, or product selection can produce a dangerous result. If LSD™ information conflicts with a veterinarian’s instructions, the current product label, or applicable law, stop and obtain clarification from a licensed veterinarian before treating. Prescription drugs must be used only as legally authorized. Extra-label drug use in food-producing animals may occur only under the direction of a licensed veterinarian within a valid VCPR and in compliance with applicable law. Some extra-label uses are prohibited. Mention of a medication by LSD™ does not mean that the medication is approved, lawful, safe, effective, or appropriate for a particular animal, species, production class, or intended use.
5. Food-animal withdrawal and residue responsibility Withdrawal, withholding, and discard times can vary based on jurisdiction, species, production class, drug, formulation, concentration, dose, route, frequency, duration, and whether use is consistent with the approved label. Regulations and approved labeling can change. Users are solely responsible for confirming and observing the legally required withdrawal, withholding, or discard period before an animal or animal-derived product enters the human food supply. This includes meat, milk, eggs, and any other food product. For extra-label use, the legally appropriate withdrawal or discard interval must be established by the treating veterinarian using reliable scientific support. LSD™ records and calculations do not replace legally required treatment records, veterinary instructions, product labeling, regulatory documentation, or food-safety obligations.
6. Accuracy of user-provided information LSD™ guidance depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the user. Missing, incorrect, outdated, or misleading information—including animal identity, age, reproductive status, weight, symptoms, vital signs, medication history, dose, concentration, timing, or response to treatment—may result in inappropriate or unsafe guidance. Users are responsible for reviewing entries, correcting errors, monitoring the animal, and promptly reporting material changes to the treating veterinarian.
7. Automated and technology-assisted features Some LSD™ features may use automated analysis or technology-assisted reasoning to organize information, identify possibilities, calculate values, or suggest questions and next steps. These systems can make mistakes, omit relevant conditions, misunderstand user input, or produce incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate results. Automated output must be reviewed in context and must not be treated as a confirmed diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for professional veterinary judgment. LSD™ does not guarantee that every disease, emergency, contraindication, interaction, or treatment option will be identified.
8. Geographic and regulatory differences Veterinary-practice rules, VCPR requirements, medication approvals, prescription requirements, extra-label-use restrictions, reportable-disease obligations, animal-welfare requirements, and food-safety rules vary by country, state, province, and locality. Users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to their animals and location. Information available through LSD™ may not be lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction. Suspected reportable, foreign, zoonotic, or high-consequence diseases should be reported promptly to a veterinarian and the appropriate animal-health or public-health authority as required by law.
9. Procedures, reproduction, and end-of-life decisions Procedural, reproductive, obstetrical, and end-of-life information may involve substantial risk to animals and people. Such actions should be performed only by individuals with appropriate training, competence, equipment, and legal authority, with veterinary involvement whenever possible. LSD™ does not guarantee that written, visual, or audio instructions are sufficient to perform a procedure safely. Humane euthanasia and other irreversible decisions should be made in consultation with a veterinarian whenever reasonably possible and performed in accordance with applicable law and accepted animal-welfare standards.
10. No guarantee of outcome Livestock illness can progress rapidly, and outcomes depend on many factors outside LSD™’s control. LSD™ does not guarantee recovery, survival, reproductive performance, prevention of disease, diagnostic accuracy, treatment success, or any particular economic or production result.
11. Availability and record retention LSD™ may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity problems, technical failure, or circumstances outside our control. Do not rely on LSD™ as the only repository for information needed during an emergency or as the sole copy of records required for veterinary, regulatory, insurance, breeding, sale, transport, or food-safety purposes. Users should maintain appropriate backup or exported records and have an independent plan for contacting a veterinarian when internet or platform access is unavailable.
12. Third-party services, products, and links LSD™ may link to or integrate with independent veterinarians, laboratories, pharmacies, retailers, manufacturers, educational resources, or other third parties. Unless expressly stated, LSD™ does not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, products, services, advice, licensing, or conduct. A link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. When LSD™ may receive compensation from an affiliate link or commercial relationship, LSD™ will clearly disclose that relationship near the applicable recommendation or link.
13. Disclaimer of warranties To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LSD™ and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular outcome. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits a warranty, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Limitation of liability **TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIVESTOCKDOC, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CONTENT REVIEWERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, HARM, CLAIM, INJURY, OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, MISUSE OF, OR RELIANCE ON LSD™, ITS CONTENT, CALCULATORS, RECORDS, ALERTS, SUGGESTIONS, OR SERVICES.** This limitation includes, without limitation: - Human bodily or personal injury, illness, disability, or death; - Animal injury, illness, pain, suffering, reproductive harm, death, or loss; - Delayed, missed, incomplete, or incorrect diagnosis or treatment; - Medication errors, dosage errors, adverse drug events, interactions, contraindications, or treatment complications; - Meat, milk, egg, or other food-product residue violations; - Property damage, disease transmission, biosecurity events, or harm to a herd or flock; - Lost animals, production, reproduction, income, profits, business opportunities, data, or records; - Regulatory, reporting, quarantine, transport, sale, or food-safety consequences; and - Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This limitation applies whether a claim is based in contract, tort—including ordinary negligence—strict liability, statute, or another legal theory, and even if the harm was foreseeable or LSD™ was advised that it could occur. It includes harm associated with inaccurate or incomplete user input; failure to obtain timely veterinary care; reliance on automated or veterinarian-reviewed content; misuse of medication information or calculations; platform errors or interruption; and third-party products, professionals, or services. Nothing in this disclaimer attempts to exclude or limit responsibility for fraud, willful injury or misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful conduct, or any other liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This disclaimer does not alter any separate written agreement between a user and a licensed veterinarian.
15. User responsibility The owner, caretaker, producer, and treating veterinarian remain responsible for animal-care decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, users assume the risks associated with using or relying on LSD™ and acknowledge that the platform is one source of decision support and that professional veterinary evaluation may be necessary.

Refund Policy - the basics
**Effective date: July 19, 2026**
This Subscription, Automatic Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for LivestockDoc™ (referred to in this policy as “LSD™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We apply the consumer-protective standards described below to all customers who subscribe directly through LSD™, regardless of where they live, except where applicable law provides additional rights.
1. Subscription terms and automatic renewal
LSD™ subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Unless canceled, each subscription automatically renews for successive periods of the same duration at the price disclosed at enrollment or at a properly disclosed and accepted new price. Before requesting payment authorization, LSD™ will clearly and conspicuously disclose, immediately adjacent to the subscription authorization: - The LSD™ product or service included in the subscription; - The amount and frequency of recurring charges; - The length of the initial and renewal terms; - That the subscription will continue and renew automatically until canceled; - Any minimum purchase commitment; - The duration and post-promotional price of any free trial, introductory offer, or discounted period; - The date or deadline by which the customer must cancel to avoid the next charge; and - The available cancellation methods. LSD™ will obtain the customer’s express affirmative consent to the automatic-renewal terms before charging the customer. Consent to automatic renewal will not be hidden, preselected, or undermined by contradictory information. LSD™ will retain verification of the customer’s affirmative consent for at least three years, or for one year after the subscription is terminated, whichever period is longer.
2. Subscription acknowledgment Promptly after enrollment, LSD™ will provide the customer with an acknowledgment that can be retained, such as an email. The acknowledgment will include: - The subscription and automatic-renewal terms; - The amount and frequency of charges; - The renewal period and next renewal date; - The cancellation deadline; - This cancellation and refund policy; - Instructions and a direct link for cancellation; and - LSD™ contact information. When a subscription includes a free trial, introductory offer, or promotional price, the acknowledgment will also explain when the promotional period ends, the amount that will subsequently be charged, and how to cancel before the first charge or price change.
3. Cancellation Customers may cancel an LSD™ subscription at any time without a cancellation fee or penalty.
A customer who subscribes online may cancel entirely online, at will and without unnecessary delay, through a prominently displayed cancellation button located at: **Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription** LSD™ will make cancellation available through the same medium used to activate the subscription, or the medium through which the customer ordinarily interacts with LSD™. A customer who cannot access or authenticate an online account may request cancellation by emailing **support@livestockdoc.farm**. The customer may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to identify and protect the account, but LSD™ will not impose unreasonable conditions or obstruct or delay cancellation. LSD™ may present an optional retention offer or explain the effect of cancellation, provided that a prominently displayed **Continue Cancellation** or **Cancel Subscription** button remains immediately available. Accepting or declining a retention offer will not be required to cancel. Cancellation immediately stops future automatic renewal. Unless a refund is issued or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer will retain access to LSD™ through the end of the current paid billing period. LSD™ will promptly provide confirmation of the cancellation and the date on which paid access will end.
4. Refunds Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable.
Except as stated below, LSD™ does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused services, or failure to use the service. This general rule does not limit any right that cannot legally be waived. LSD™ may provide a full or partial refund: - For a duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charge; - When required by applicable law; - Following a subscription price increase as described in Section 7; or - At LSD™’s discretion in an exceptional circumstance.
5. Annual subscription reminders
For every annual automatically renewing subscription, LSD™ will send an annual renewal notice at least 15 days, but not more than 45 days, before the renewal date. The notice will be sent through the same medium used to activate the subscription, or the medium through which the customer ordinarily interacts with LSD™, and will include: - The LSD™ product or service being renewed; - The renewal date and length of the renewal term; - The amount and frequency of the renewal charge; - A statement that the subscription will renew automatically unless canceled; - Instructions and a direct link for cancellation; and - LSD™ contact information.
6. Free trials, introductory offers and promotional pricing
Before a customer accepts a free trial, introductory offer, or promotional price, LSD™ will clearly disclose the duration of the offer, the price that will be charged afterward, and how to cancel before being charged or before the price changes. When a free trial or promotional price lasts longer than 31 days, LSD™ will send a reminder at least three days, but not more than 21 days, before the promotional period expires. The reminder will include the expiration date, the upcoming charge, the billing frequency, and a direct cancellation link.
7. Price increases and material changes
LSD™ will provide a clear and retainable notice of a material subscription change, including information and a direct link for cancellation, before the change takes effect. For a subscription fee increase, LSD™ will provide notice at least seven calendar days and at least five business days before the new fee takes effect, but not more than 30 days beforehand. The notice will state the existing price, the new price, the effective date, and how to cancel. LSD™ will obtain the customer’s express affirmative consent before charging an increased subscription price. If LSD™ charges an increased price without first obtaining affirmative consent, the customer may cancel within at least 14 days after the increased charge and receive a prorated refund for the unused remainder of the subscription period. This protection applies to every directly billed LSD™ customer, regardless of residence.
8. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions
If a customer purchases an LSD™ subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the customer may manage or cancel the subscription through the applicable store’s subscription-management system. LSD™ will provide a reasonably accessible link or direction to that system. Refund requests for store-billed purchases are processed under the store’s procedures and applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
9. Contact information
Questions, cancellation requests, and billing concerns may be directed to: **LivestockDoc, Inc.** **Email:** info@livestockdoc.rocks **Website:** https://livestockdoc.rocks
LSD™ will respond to cancellation and billing requests promptly.
10. Additional legal rights
This policy establishes a uniform minimum standard for LSD™ subscriptions. If the law where a customer lives provides greater cancellation, notice, refund, or renewal rights, LSD™ will honor those additional rights. Nothing in this policy waives or limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
